Beauty // Review: Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush Balm '220 - Rumour Has It'.

       Hey lovelies,
I'm quite enjoying blogging every other week whilst I'm in my last few crucial weeks of college. I've definitely become pretty obsessed with all things beauty this month, which obviously includes lip products. I've been playing around with lots of different colours recently and I have to say, I am absolutely loving my pinks, especially this gorgeous pink from Rimmel London's new Colour Rush Balm collection!!

Rimmel London Colour Rush Balm '220 Rumour Has It' - £5.99 Superdrug

A few weeks ago I headed into Superdrug with hopes of finding a brand new lipstick. I wanted to try out a new brand but nothing  really caught my eye. While eyeing up the Rimmel section - I noticed they had a buy one get the second half price offer. I picked up one of the moisturiser renew lipsticks and decided to go for one of the new balms as well. I'd never tried a balm before from any brand but packaging wise these definitely remind me a lot of the Revlon Colour Burst Balms.

I am honestly in love with my balm. You only need to apply 1-2 coats to the lips, I was pretty surprised at the fact that the colour picks up on your lips instantly and isn't a hassle of having to put loads of coats on. When applied on the lips, the colour gives off a really nice shine to it but not too overboard glossy. In terms of lasting power, It stains your lips so shows up all day but I'd say just to keep the shine, reapply one or two more times during the day. I love the packing as it's simple to just slip into your bag and easy to carry around all day. They have such a sweet smell to them, but nothing too overbearing. These are also so hydrating too, it's definitely made me think twice about just sticking to lipsticks instead of lip balms as well.  I've seen so many pictures of people with different skin tones wearing this shade and I love how this is a colour that really does suit for everyone, no matter what skin tone you have. Yet again, Rimmel amazes me with yet another lip product. I honestly couldn't rave about trying these Colour Rush Balms enough. Priced at only £5.99 you just can't say no.

Fashion // OOTN: Do You Wanna Roll With A Good Girl.

Hey beauts,
I am finally back with a new outfit post, yay. The UK weather has been an absolute treat these past few days.. Good weather means better quality pictures and that makes me so incredibly happy!!

Lace Top, Skater Skirt & Belt - New Look/ Sandal Strap Heels - La Redoute*/ Clutch Bag - H&M/ Lips - Rimmel Colour Rush Lip Balm '220 Rumour Has It'

As usual, March was a super busy month for me as it's so many of my friends birthday's, my older sisters and not to mention, Ally and I turned 19 on the 19th. To finally round off such a hectic month came Sian's birthday which was all sorts of fun and one of my favourite nights out. I wore this complete outfit (minus the heels and replaced those with my New Look cut-out boots as it wasn't a heels kind of night) and of course, I was very last minute with choosing my outfit. I was left with just a few hours before the night out to find something to wear. The first shop I visited was a New Look just by my college at lunch time. I managed to find this perfect skater with the belt in the sale for just £4. Ideally I was looking to wear a dress but knew if I was unsuccessful that I could easily find a nice top to pair with it. A few hours later and what seemed like searching in every single shop, I found myself in another New Look. I once again found myself looking in the big amount of sale clothing and found this amazing cream lace top. I could have worn it with a vest top underneath but decided to come out of my comfort zone a little bit and not wear one. I think the pattern makes my bra less easy to spot, haha. I love the monochrome feel of this outfit.

Although I didn't wear them on the night, I am obsessed with my sandal strap heels from La Redoute. I'd been after a pair for so long. I haven't properly worn them out yet but so far, they're really comfortable to walk in. I'm not usually one to go for footwear that expose my feet and toes but these are too precious not to own. I really love them styled up with this outfit and as I've seen from a lot of other bloggers posts they can so easily make any outfit look dressy or casual.

Are you a fan of sandal strap heels?

Review // Mr Nutcase iPhone Case.

                                                                                                                Hey lovelies,
I can't believe it's been well over a month since I last blogged. Life truly has taken over. With just over two months to go until I officially finish college, with me doing so much procrastination in preparation for all my deadlines, blogging has had to take a back seat. I'm just going to blog as much or as little as I can these next few weeks until i'm finally finished for summer! Quite a while ago I got the chance to create my own personalised iPhone case with Mr.Nutcase and I have to say, i'm pretty pleased with how it turned out...

iPhone 4s Case - Mr Nutcase*

I literally had so much designing my case. It took me almost forever to actually stick to my design idea. It's awesome because there are a number of cases on the site with designs on already but I decided that I'd create my own. I looked for inspiration almost everywhere, it's pretty popular nowadays to have pictures of friends and family on your cases. I had a hard time trying to narrow down which pictures to use but eventually opted for two of my favourite pictures featuring Ally, Ellie & Sian. I've mentioned on here a number of times my absolute love for HBO's Girls and couldn't resist adding in the logo and a favourite quote from the first season (The meaning behind the quote is pretty funny. Haha, Hannah Horvath would be proud). The site gave so much tips on how to create your case which made it super stress free. At only £14.95 I couldn't recommend creating a case with Mr Nutcase enough. Some of the pictures can look a bit grainy but it definitely isn't cheap looking. It came in the post within two days of ordering which is always great. Plus, free worldwide delivery! most definitely check out the site as not only can you make cases for phones but tablets too.

What do you think of my case? :)
